Enhancements: - Change equipment on a job to another serial at the same site, once work has started (permission required) - Meter readings save automatically; jobs can't be submitted until all readings are entered or marked unobtainable - Updated to meet Google Play's Android 16 requirement - App can now require users to update to the latest version
Fixes: - Customer and Equipment notes no longer appear as Alerts - "Job in progress" message now clears promptly after closing a job
